Every man who had so far reported for either the University or 1923 crews was given a chance to work out in a shell yesterday when Coaches Haines and Brown had a total of 27 crews out on the river during the afternoon. Of these, 15 were from the Newell Boat House, which includes both the University and club crews, and the remaining 12 were composed of Freshman candidates from the Weld Boat House.
