Casts for the first production of plays by the 47 Workshop, to be given in Agassiz Theatre at Radcliffe College, October 21 and 22, yesterday were announced by Professor G. P. Baker '87, head of the 47 Workshop and playwriting courses associated with it. Tentative casts practiced on "The Other One" Wednesday evening and "The Mountains" Thursday afternoon. ...Crows Nest" was written by W. F. Manley 2G., and the scene is laid in the crow's nest of an ocean liner. The set was designed last year by R. L. Wayne 2G., stage manager of the 47 Workshop this year, who taught design in Middlebury College this summer. Last year he designed the scenes in "A Punch for Judy" which was given by the Workshop...
Professor Baker plans that these plays shall go into rehearsal this afternoon, and the casts will be picked some time today. It has not been decided whether or not been or the 47 Workshop will take a trip this year...
