Lieutenant James F. Phillips will take over the classes of Geography 36b immediately after the close of spring vacation it was announced by the School of Geography Saturday. Lieutenant Phillips, who comes from Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio, is the last of four men who have come to the University to give lectures in this course. Captain Albert W.
