...Provencal Miracle Play to be given this year was translated for the Dramatic Club by D. F. Robinson '26 and was adapted by K. J. White '27. The unnamed play was written in the first part of the Fourteenth Century and is in rhymed couplets. It tells the story of Mary and Joseph, not usually included in miracle plays, the birth of the Christ-child, and a surprising miracle which occurred to Anastasia, a woman who befriended Mary. Four chants are included in the piece and will be sung by a small chorus from the Glee Club...
