There is no mention of Wagenhurst in these resolutions, but if Harvard and Yale challenge him he will be disqualified. Holden and Leeds deserve the credit of being the prime movers of these resolutions for Harvard. The resolutions are in substance what the Athletic committee has been introducing here little by little, and which guided the freshman game last year between Harvard and Yale.
