While listening to the performance of the Pierian Sodality last Wednesday night, we were struck with the fact that they have given no concert in the yard this year. Their playing at present is better than ever before, and a performance in the yard under their new leader would undoubtedly be appreciated. The open air concert they gave us last year has shown us the pleasure this hard-working, unobtrusive society is able to give. We hope that in spite of the nearness of the finals they will soon find an opportunity to give the college another chance of enjoying...

...that the evenings are growing longer, it is to be hoped we shall hear more of the Glee Club. But two concerts are given annually, one in the fall and one in the spring, which together with the informal concerts in the yard, are the only opportunities within our reach for showing our appreciation of the Glee Club's work.
