Two other freshman games scheduled for yesterday afternoon have been postponed. The freshman hockey game at St. Paul's will be played today. The Yardling squash squad was snowed out of a match at Andover; attempts are being made to reschedule the match for Saturday afternoon.
The Yardling tankmen, led by former Australian Olympian Neville Hayes, clash with the Baby Bruins in a preliminary to the varsity meet today. Hayes currently holds the University record in the 200-yard butterfly.
Showing promise of what to expect in the future, a Yardling relay team, anchored by captain Jim Smith, edged out B.C. The team covered the distance of 2424 yards in 5:16.3. Their victory, however, was not counted in the official scoring.
Meanwhile, the other Yardling squads played their roles perfectly during the past week.
The other two Yardling squads, swimming and hockey, are more or less question marks.
