DIED. Robert C. Hill, 61, former U.S. Ambassador to Spain (1969-72) and four Latin American nations; of a heart attack; in Littleton, N.H. An executive with W.R. Grace & Co., Hill became the youngest ambassador in American history when he was appointed envoy to Costa Rica in 1953 at age 36.
