...Speaking of that day, one of the things that, in our poll, that had enormous resonance - and I think more than 80 percent of people across all of these categories supported - was the idea of a year of national service for young people, either post-high school, between high school and college, or sometime during high school that would either be civilian service or military service in exchange for an educational grant or scholarship.
