...likely to blur Warhol's image as the Zanuck of the nonmovie. The sound track, regrettably, is as clear as a hi-fi record, and the film is as much in focus as the average overground flick. After wobbling his camera in 60 or so pictures, demonstrating that film making is all in a flick of the wrist, could it be that, in his cinematic technique, Andy is finally going straight...

Bigger Haul. One factor in the improvement of movie fortunes is the success of road shows, the reserved-seat blockbusters that are increasingly occupying the major theaters. "Road shows," says 20th Century-Fox President Darryl Zanuck, "have put motion back in motion pictures and put the industry back in high gear." In the end, Marvin makes it back to a base hospital with the sole remnant of the patrol. There, a general praises them for a job well done and fatuously commutes the sentences of the prisoners-posthumously...

Cassius Clay, the erstwhile Muhammad Ali, changed his name to Morris Steinberg. Ten bar mitzvahs were scheduled at the Nile Hilton, and Jennie Grossinger agreed to manage the hotel...
