...zeal is directed mainly at Wii Sports. The Wii Channels network for weather, shopping and even surfing the Web, had not yet launched, and other games, such as Legend of Zelda title and Excite Truck, looked okay but didn't hook me. My hope is that Nintendo continues to develop games like Wii Sports-it's easy to dream up Wii versions of other activities, from fishing to snowmobiling...

...Shigeru Miyamoto, but I guarantee you, you know his work. Miyamoto is probably the most successful video-game designer of all time. Maybe you've heard of a little guy named Mario? Italian plumber, likes jumping? A big angry ape by the name of ... Donkey Kong? The Legend of Zelda? All Miyamoto. ...surreal, candy-colored never-never land. She doesn't look as though she could take on an Olsen twin, let alone the monsters marauding through her homeland, but fortunately she can transform into 10 different elemental warriors, including a flower with a very nasty attitude. Psychedelic and Zelda-esque, Kameo is the most distinctive of the 360 launch titles. It's the closest you will get to dreaming with your eyes open...
