This Shakespere Society is the most flourishing of any of our organizations. The private meetings are held about once a month and the girls read and study the different plays with great pleasure and profit. Two literaries existed last year, the Phi Sigma and Zeta Alpha, but, sad to tell, they were disbanded and now Wellesley can boast of only four societies - the Beethoven, Microscopical and Missionary.
